Guy's Deli lives in the back of Kelly's Westport Inn — one of the oldest buildings in Kansas City, serving this neighborhood since before serving people was a business model. We figured a legendary bar deserved legendary bar food.
Some of our recipes came from Joe, the guy who made pizza famous in Westport long before we got here. Cool guy. Great recipes.
